Overview

Cohere Health launched in 2019 with the mission of transforming the time-consuming prior authorization (PA) process by aligning payers and providers around evidence-based treatment plans. Cohere’s intelligent digital authorization platform uses AI to anticipate the entire patient-specific episode of care and offer clinical recommendations, or “nudges,” to providers entering PA requests.
